We work with big brands wanting a smaller culture and service from their PR agency. With a diverse client base, we represent organisations from a wide variety of B2B and B2C sectors. Our clients include Honda,

We take an intelligent and strategic approach to PR. The two most important factors in any public relations programme should be identifying the people you want to influence and the desired outcome in terms of change in behaviour or attitude. Only by identifying the audiences and then determining what behaviours or attitudes need to be changed for commercial success, can stories, content themes and channel strategies be devised.
We identify the outcome (the measurable change we want to affect), we qualify and quantify the influencers, we create the 'story' based upon behavioural insights, and then we apply and measure. We don't do PR for PR's sake - we keep front-of-mind that ultimately, our PR programmes must deliver commercial success. BOTTLE has developed its own proprietary model to track and report on the detail of each campaign implemented. Most importantly, this reporting and measurement model correlates PR activity with the agreed desired outcomes, thus making BOTTLE's purpose of 'making PR accountable, through excellence' a reality.
The BOTTLE B2B and corporate PR division is headed up by
Director Johanna Cassells and our consumer 'Everyday People' PR division is led by
Director Kate Gibson. And our
integrated social media team is led by
Head of Social Communications, Paul Sutton.
